Michael began his practice in 1995 after returning home from service with the US Army Airborne.  After taking a Yoga class at Ocean County College he found that the practice eased anxiety and symptoms of PTSD. He continued his practice and in 2018 took the next step to become certified to teach the practice to others in hopes that they too can find stillness.
