"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them."
People train in the martial arts for many reasons. Whether you want to learn how to defend yourself, be more confident, or tone your body and get in shape, the Ludus helps you achieve your goals. If you want your kids to have more focus, become bullyproof, get a digital detox, or learn healthy habits that will improve the quality of their lives, this is the place for you. We have seen martial arts training do all this and more.
We incorporate a blend of martial arts based on Bruce Lee's philosophy, Jeet Kune Do. This philosophy encourages learning a broad range of techniques and employing what is useful. We want students to develop a style of martial arts that works for them. What works for one body type may be different than what works for another. Therefore, we teach techniques including Thai Boxing, Western Boxing, Wing Chun, Filipino Martial Arts, Jiu Jitsu, and more. By practicing drills in all ranges of fighting (kicking, punching, trapping, and grappling), we prepare our students for survival in any situation. We also teach weapons training from the Filipino Martial Arts.
The Ludus promotes a friendly environment. We help students progress by taking the intimidation out of learning. Our drills allow students to cultivate a broad skill set at a relatively fast pace. Try out a class. A year from now you may wish you started today. You could also be on your way to learning skills that will make you healthier and even save your life.

Great instructors! We scheduled an extra class so my son's friends could check it out and now I think they'll be joining!
